Level 1 certification

LOC-IV PK-48 was my first and successful Level 1 High Power Certification attempt. I actually received it while under 18, so it was considered a Jr. L1 (just means you can't buy L1 motors online until you are 18). LOC-IV is just the beginning and will serve as a stepping stone to many ambitious high power projects yet to come.
